Overview

The system is used to monitor total emission and emission concentration of CO, HCl, SO2, NOX and particulate matter according to waste incineration condition. The SO2 and NOx measurement adopt DOAS technology; CO measurement uses infrared/laser principle; HCl employs laser TDLAS principle. Matched with flue gas parameter monitoring device, it can measure temperature, pressure, velocity, humidity and oxygen content of flue gas, among which, temperature measure-ment takes advantage of thermistor (PT100) or thermocouple, pressure measurement employs pressure sensor, velocity measurement uses pitot micro differential pressure method, humidity measurement adopts high-temperature capacitance method, and O2 makes use of electrochemical oxygen cell. The system can be extended to measure and analyze HF, CO2 and so on at the same time. Compared with in-situ method, the system owns advantages of online calibration support, small measurement value fluctuation, high reliability and simple maintenance.

  • Four-stage condensation to remove water fast; cooling+ liquid adding module to reduce contact time of gas and water to minimize SO2 loss;
  • The gas chamber is equipped with heat tracing function to avoid condensation from lens and reduce lens cleaning cycle;
  • Multi-stage filtering to remove water and dust with high reliability;
  • Self-developed core components and algorithm, including light source, spectrometer, gas chamber, humidity module and Measure NO, NO2 at the same time and accumulate to obtain NOx without NO2→NO converter.
