Working Principles, Characteristics and Classification of Air Analyzer Equipment

Working principle of Air Analyzer Equipment

The working principle of air analyzer equipment is based on the selective absorption of infrared rays by certain gases. The instrument adopts single light source, single tube partition chamber and series capacitance detector. Compared with similar products, the most important feature is high selectivity (no filter or filter room is needed in general), high stability (instrument works stably for a long time, and zero drift is small).

Characteristics of Air Analyzer Equipment

Air analyzer equipment is used to continuously measure the relative concentration of gas and steam. It is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, gold treatment, environmental protection, agriculture, medical and health departments. It is suitable for air pollution monitoring, nitrogen control (emission measurement), process control of petroleum and chemical industry, agricultural scientific research and medical hygiene. It can derive a complete set of devices such as oil analyzer, TOC analyzer, element analyzer in metal (O 2, C, S) analyzer and infrared carburizing analyzer.

Classification of Air Analyzer Equipment

SO2 analyzer

The operation of SO2 air analyzer equipment is based on the fluorescence generated by SO2 receiving ultraviolet energy, which is based on the fluorescence measurement technology. SO2 molecule produces fluorescence in decay after receiving ultraviolet energy. It is amplified and transformed into electrical signal by photomultiplier tube. Its strength is proportional to the concentration of

SO2.

NOX analyzer

The NOX air analyzer uses NO and O 3 to react to form the excited state of NO2. It emits photons to release energy back to the low energy state. The intensity of light is proportional to the concentration of NO. NO is determined by converting NO2 into NO through a molybdenum furnace converter.
