EM-5 continuous emission monitoring system (In-situ) is composed by dust monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, system control and data collecting-processing subsystem. It can monitor parameters of SO2, NOx, O2, dust, temperature, pressure and velocity in gas. In addition, it can be extended to monitor parameters of HCI, HF, CO, CO2 and humidity according to special occasions. The measured gas passes through sampling probe for dust removal and then enters high-temperature gas analysis module (DOAS technology) for measurement and analysis. Without tracing pipe and condenser, the system has fast response time and solves the technical problem effectively that SO2 will be absorbed by the condensate water and lead to low measuring results. The CEMS monitoring system owns significant advantages in low concentration measurement occasions.
