The system is used to monitor total emission and emission concentration of CO, HCl, SO2, NOX and particulate matter according to waste incineration condition. The SO2 and NOx measurement adopt DOAS technology; CO measurement uses infrared/laser principle; HCl employs laser TDLAS principle. Matched with flue gas parameter monitoring device, it can measure temperature, pressure, velocity, humidity and oxygen content of flue gas, among which, temperature measure-ment takes advantage of thermistor (PT100) or thermocouple, pressure measurement employs pressure sensor, velocity measurement uses pitot micro differential pressure method, humidity measurement adopts high-temperature capacitance method, and O2 makes use of electrochemical oxygen cell. The CEMS monitoring system
can be extended to measure and analyze HF, CO2 and so on at the same time. Compared with in-situ method, the system owns advantages of online calibration support, small measurement value fluctuation, high reliability and simple maintenance.
