Overview Of HM-100 High-temperature Gas Moisture Analyzer

Hygronom is also called gas moisture meter/analyzer or dew-point meter, which is used to measure the humidity of flue gas emitted by pollution source. According to measured humidity, it converts wet gas concentration into dry gas concentration. In addition, HM-100 high-temperature gas moisture analyzer also can be used in industrial online humidity monitoring.

HM-100 flue gas hygronom (high temperature gas analyzer) is equipped with an internal high-precision capacitance digital temperature & humidity sensor. The installation method adopts the in-situ immersion installation. The HM-100 high-temperature gas moisture analyzer is a self-developed product, of which, the core component is from Switzerland. Put the sensor inside stack to get in touch with flue gas. The probe needs preheating to prevent gas from condensation, which will affect the measurement of moisture in the flue gas. After gas contacts with the measurement chip, the chip will change capacitance to measure flue gas concentration.
