Installation of equipment
• The water quality testing instruments should be well grounded (the voltage between PE and N is less than 10VAC, and the voltage between L and PE shall be 220±22VAC), and connected with the equal potential of the digital acquisition instrument (the voltage between the digital acquisition instrument and the instrument housing should be about OV). Otherwise, it may lead to electrification of the instrument housing, abnormal operation and abnormal data transmission.
• The power supply voltage range of the instrument is 220 ± 22VAC. When the voltage is unstable, it is recommended to install UPS or AC voltage regulator. Unstable input voltage is easy to burn out the power filter, resulting in abnormal power on of the instrument.
• Three pipelines (water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe and overflow pipe) shall be installed for the pretreatment of the instrument. See the installation requirements in the user manual for details. Excessive water pressure may cause damage or leakage of water sample valve, which may lead to equipment failure.
• The power supply of the sampling water pump shall be independent of the power supply of the equipment. See the wiring diagram in the user manual for details. Wiring errors will lead to uncontrollable sampling water pump and even burn out water pumps and circuit boards.
Check whether the peristaltic pump is pressed firmly; Check whether there is liquid in the digestion tube; Check whether the display screen is damaged or not.
First, take a bottle of pure water (choose Wahaha or C'estbon bottled pure water, or pour out the zero sample delivered with the instrument), put all reagent tubes and zero sample tubes into it.
Service bucket conventional bucket flushing; (Repeat this operation 3 times) Note: do not start the sample preparation, otherwise it will lead to cracking of the digestion tube. After rinsing, dry the reagent tube with paper towels and insert into the reagent. Note: Put the reagent tube about 1cm away from the bottom of the reagent bottle before sample action of the instrument (including calibration).
Initial loading liquid:
Service "normal" initial loading liquid (repeat this operation for 2 times), after which, prepare for testing.
First, the combined action measurement (six times of zero sample measurements and B times of standard sample measurements) shall be carried out: when the instrument is digested, do not open the door! After the combined action measurement is stable (the light intensity fluctuation of the last 3 sets of data is less than 200), the calibration is carried out. If it is unstable, the cause should be analyzed by multi parameter water analyzer and calibrated after stabilization.
The water sample is measured after the intermediate concentration standard sample of the test range meets the error of ± 10% (the table below is an example of COD, atmospheric nitrogen, total phosphorus and total nitrogen instrument range I).

Reagents are prepared in strict accordance with the user's manual
Regularly check the amount of waste liquid in the bottle to collect and treat in time to avoid the waste liquid overflow.
Regularly check whether the reagent is discolored or turbid, if any, immediately remix the reagent and replace it. It is recommended to replace the whole set (including reagent bottle).
Regularly check and tighten the connector (especially the connector connecting digestion module, channel valve and relief valve).
Regularly check the sampling pretreatment, if it is found that the interior is dirty, it should be removed in time and washed with clean water.
Clean the fluorine tube of the metering module regularly. If the cleaning is not clean, please replace it in time.
Regularly check whether there is alarm on the online water analyzer, if so, please remove it in time, such as the timeout of sample injection water: check whether the sampling water pump is normal, check whether the pipeline (reagent pipe, hose, peristaltic pump pipe, etc.) leaks air, check whether the metering light intensity is normal, etc.
Before the comparison and acceptance, the instrument should be debugged to ensure the accuracy of the intermediate concentration standard to improve the acceptance rate.
Since long-term measurement of water sample may make pipes dirty, it is recommended to carry out zero sample measurement first if calibration is needed during maintenance, so as to improve the accuracy of measurement after calibration.
