Ⅰ. What is FTIR gas analyzer?

FTIR gas analyzer uses different gases to selectively absorb infrared radiation of different wavelengths to analyze gas concentration. It has the characteristics of wide measuring range, high sensitivity, rapid response and strong selectivity. The specific performance is:

Ⅱ. The principle of FTIR gas analyzer

FTIR gas analyzer is composed of light source reflector, infrared light source, modulation disk, working gas chamber, auxiliary gas chamber, motor, light cone, solid infrared detector, and display; infrared light source enters separately after light source reflector and modulation disk into working gas chamber and the auxiliary gas chamber, the two light cones will pass through the working gas chamber respectively. The light energy of the auxiliary gas chamber will be collected and sent to the solid infrared detector. The output signal of the solid infrared detector is sent to the single-chip microcomputer. The single-chip computer completes the signal analysis. After processing, the output is connected to the display after calibration.
