High Temperature Gas Analyzer

Characteristics of High Temperature Gas Analyzer

High temperature gas analyzer is a self-developed product of our company for online gas analysis in the environmental protection and industrial control field. Based on UV absorption spectroscopy and chemometrics algorithm, the analyzer can measure the concentrations of SO2, NO, NO2, O2, NH3, Cl2, O3, H2S and other gases. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, fast response time and wide application range. Our company's analyzer can be widely used in environmental online monitoring, industrial control, safety monitoring and other occasions.

Working Principle of High Temperature Gas Analyzer

Ultraviolet is not easy to be absorbed by water molecules, so the high temperature gas analyzer can directly analyze the wet flue gas after filtering and dedusting. Based on photonics multichannel analysis (PMA) and differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS), it can simultaneously measure a variety of gas components, such as SO2, NOx, which are widely used in continuous emission monitoring system and industrial process online gas analysis system.

High Temperature Gas Analyzer

The core idea of DOAS is to decompose the absorption spectrum of gas into two parts: fast changing and slow changing. The fast changing part is related to the molecular structure and elements of the gas, which is the characteristic part of the molecular absorption spectrum. The slow changing part is related to the changes of dust, water vapor, background gas and measurement system, which is the interference part. DOAS uses the fast changing part to calculate the concentration of the measured gas, the results of which are not disturbed and have high accuracy. The high temperature gas analyzer adopts the unique DOAS algorithm and PLS algorithm to eliminate the interference of smoke, water vapor and background gas, the influence of the fluctuation of the system itself, and to ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement.
