1. Preheating
Turn on the power switch.
After the preheating and zero adjustment, the instrument enters the "ready" state.
Note: When the instrument is first turned on every day, the electrochemical NO sensor will enter the "ready" state 15 seconds after self-checking; the infrared NO sensor will enter the pre-heating countdown state 15 seconds after self-checking, and the pre-heating will be completed 15 minutes later.
2. Motion Check
In order to check whether the pipes outside the instrument are connected correctly or not, press the button "↓" according to the instrument interface prompt, and then enter the "action inspection" interface and start the following operations:
Press the key in the
panel interface of the
car emissions test equipment.
Press the key "→""↓" to select any function item. Press the key "confirm" once to produce the corresponding action, and press the key "confirm" again to stop the action.
When performing a function, press the "return" key to return to the main interface, and you can see the status of each function key when acting.
After checking, stop the current action and press the "return" button to return to the main interface.
3. Leakage Testing
In order to ensure that the instrument does not leak and the measurement results are accurate, when the
voc monitoring equipment is in the ready state, press the screen prompt:
In the "prepare" interface, press the "menu" key to enter the "menu" interface;
Press the "↓"→" key to move the cursor to the "Leakage Test" and then press the "Enter" key.
Block the inlet of probe or sample gas inlet of sample gas filter with "leak check seal cap" according to the prompt of display screen.
Press the Start button to start the leak test program. If you don't want to do leak testing, press the "Back" button and return to the "Menu" to select other items.
4. HC Adsorption Test
When it is found that the deviation of HC measurement is large, the HC adsorption test should be carried out. Generally, it can be divided into two steps to detect and confirm:
When the sampling tube and probe are disconnected for inspection, if the test is not qualified, it is necessary to open the exhaust pump or input zero gas blow-washing. If the BLOW-WASHING is still not qualified, it is necessary to replace the internal gas pipeline of the instrument and clean the gas chamber of the detector.
If the test is not qualified, it can be washed by compressed air. If the sample tube is still unqualified after blowing, the sampling tube should be replaced.
The operation method of HC adsorption test after disconnecting the sampling tube and probe is described below.
Remove the probe from the sampling tube according to the prompt of the display screen.
Move the cursor to HC adsorption test by pressing "→" and "↓" keys respectively.
Block the inlet of probe or sample gas inlet of sample gas filter with "leak check seal cap" according to the prompt of display screen.
Press the "test" button to start the adsorption inspection. If you don't want to do HC adsorption test, press the "Back" button and return to the "Menu" interface.
5. Calibration
Oil temperature can be calibrated by calibration. In order to calibrate the above contents, the instrument must be connected with the oil temperature tester. Method of operation:
Before calibration, the calibration benchmark should be set.
Press the key "→" to switch the modification and calibration operation of the set value.
Press the "Back" button to exit the calibration and return to the menu. Press the "Calibration" button to calibrate the selected items.
